This product is Chunky Knit Yarn & Roving Yarn made to make a chunky Blanket.

One skein is 8 oz, about 24 yards

Great for hand knitting - needles not required

How much you will need:

A cowl/infinity scar: one skein

A long scarf: two skeins

Cat bed 16 in diameter: two skeins

Round pillow: one skein

Baby blanket 25x30 inches: three skeins

Small Child or animal blanket: 4 skeins

Large Lap Blanket: 5 skeins

Xtra Large size throw 40x60 in: six skeins

Full Size: 8 skeins

Queens size: 10 skeins

King size: 16 skeins

Roving Yarn and Chunky Knit are two different materials we do not recommend mixing the two.

How to calculate how many stitches to cast on:

Divide the width of a blanket to make by 1.8. Example: you would like to make a blanket of 40 inches wide: 40/1.8=22 stitches to cast on
